Welcome to Longtown Outdoor Education Centre !

Longtown Outdoor Education Centre offers a wide range of challenging adventurous activities and courses for schools, young people, adults, families and businesses.  It is located in a superb rural setting on the edge of the Black Mountains of the Brecon Beacon's National Park. The fully equipped residential centre has excellent on-site facilities set in 16 acres of private grounds.

N2W - Northampton to Wales, 150 mile canoe challenge by centre staff to raise funds for the Northampton Hope Centre 

We did it! Over 6 days the team battled with snow, wind , sleet, trees, fatigue and darkness but succeeded in their quest to canoe from Northampton to Wales.  A magnificent effort by all concerned - thank you to all our supporters.

We are still collecting sponsorship for the Northampton Hope Centre and would be very grateful for any sponsorship.  To make a donation on-line please go to the Just Giving website, alternatively you can post any donations made payable to "Northampton Hope Centre" to the centre.
