ILM Leadership Programme
We have recently created a new and exciting partnership with The Pathways Group Development Training Organisation. This partnership is now offering ILM leadership programmes for business, the public sector and charitable organisations.
The programmes are designed to minimise time away from the workplace, combine proven theories with immediate pratical experience and rapidly increase candidates skills, capability and confidence.
The course content includes:
- Building a vision, strategy and goals.
- Creating high performance teams
- Leading people through change
- Staying effective in tough situations
- Communication skills that get results
- Developing and coaching others for success
- Leadership styles that work
- Making continous improvements
The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) programme runs in a 5 day residential block (Monday to Friday), leading to candidates achieving a national qualification:
- Level 3 Award in Leadership from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
The fully inclusive programme prices are:
- Level 3 £1450 plus vat per person (group discount for 3+)
