Safety information

Safety is our first priority at all times. Outdoor and Adventurous Activities for young people are licensed by law.

• Longtown has a full license from the Adventure Activities Licensing Service (see Related Link below)
• The staff at Longtown are all qualified in First Aid to a high standard and hold the relevant National Governing Body Awards to Train and Instruct.
• Groups work with an excellent ratio of staff to clients.
• The Health and Safety Executive has used Longtown as an example of good practice.
