Booking Conditions
- Minimum numbers apply of 20 paying customers per weekday and weekend bookings.
- If your group size drops to less than 20 then you will be charged for 20 places.
- Smaller group bookings can be taken alongside other groups by arrangement with the Bursar.
- Maximum numbers: 40 group members plus 5 group leaders are available.
Leader Places
Schools - there is 1 free place for one leader with every 10 students which attend Longtown. Any staff attending who are not covered by free places will be charged at half the full cost.
Non School Groups - there is 1 free place for all other groups of 20 or more people.
Deposit
A deposit of £500.00 for weekday bookings, £250 for weekend bookings and £100 for day bookings must be sent with the relevant form. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- If less than 10 weeks notice of cancellation is given full course fees are payable.
- If you cancel up to 10 weeks before the start of your course, the deposit will be retained.
